is you end up spending 10+ hours at a county hospital, having to argue with people that yes, there is stress in your life, and yes, you have normal anxiety, but no more anxiety than anybody else would have when you can't breathe. Had blood drawn and x-rays and an EKG. Was very hungry and tired. Very emotional. Am tired now. They tell me it was probably allergies and gave me lovely muscle relaxers but continue to push the stress theory.

I'd love to take time off work to chill and unwind, hon, but alas, now I also have a large hospital bill to pay. So I guess that will have to wait.

But, my friends rock. *And* discovered that at Target they are selling Captain Jack Sparrow wigs for Halloween.

Am forbidden alcohol for a while. Will join pir8fancier in the Having No Fun Now group.

p.s. Law and Order Criminal Intent is the best! It might not have Stabler's (hot) dark edge, but it does have a very freaky brilliant Goren getting all Sherlock on it. I will slash enjoy Goren partnered with Chris Noth in future episodes.

They really pushed anxiety (which my friends agree with, dammit) so I am being forced to take days off and sit in my house doing nothing --which is annoying-- trying to relax. Which is working a bit I must admit. They are still testing my blood in case its a hyperactive thyroid, but they don't really think that's it. They also want me to see a regular doctor. *grumble*

*and* my mother went absolutely nuts and took me to Target where she bought three air purifiers. :)

Yeah, the second time I went to the ER the ER doc told me it was anxiety. Okay, I'm not saying that it isn't anxiety, but I'm going to make damn sure that it isn't something physical before I start begging for xanax. I haven't had an attack for a couple of weeks, but then again I haven't had a lick of caffeine or a drop of booze since then either. I'm surprised that they labled it anxiety if you have a history of asthma. Which I don't have. Plus, they didn't hear any brochial spasms. I hate not knowing what this is. Hate, hate, hate.
