That sucks for all of you Gus/Shawn shippers out there. Especially since Psych doesn't appear to have a bio page yet...

I'd say neener, but I'll be good and just ask that if anyone knows of any *outstanding* (and I mean that, outstanding, nothing mediocre) Gus/Shawn fics they'd like me to read, then I will be only too happy to read them now. (Look, for Lassiter, I can read a lot of crap, but for Gus/Shawn I need a *very very* good writer to convince me that Gus would ever cross that line that he has clearly drawn between them. I am totally convinced Shawn would cross it, it's Gus who has the issue in my head).

Okay, first, I'm totally jealous! And very excited, because I can't wait to see what you throw on there. (You should do a little self-pimping, if it's not illegal. The SB Verse is just too good.)

You know, of course, that the slash community has the Gus/Shawn page, though I'd understand if you didn't feel like combing through. Still, some of them are pretty great, so...

"Impatient" by Quiet Tiger (http://community.livejournal.com/psych_slash/1190.html) - This is pretty much porn, but there's subtle (and heartbreaking) characterization, too.

"Mexico Blue" by papersoflight (http://papersoflight.livejournal.com/4247.html) - This one more sad than anything, but still awesome.

"Love Notes" by BB (http://community.livejournal.com/psych_slash/114244.html) - Totally PG and totally sweet. Makes you smile every time.

"The Hours Grow Shorter as the Days Go By" by lozenger8 (http://lozenger8.livejournal.com/757161.html#cutid1) - Scarily in-character, as always. Admittedly, Gus folds like a particularly willing house of cards, but it's fun nevertheless.

And, uh, "Balance" by...me (http://deadlybride.livejournal.com/15391.html#cutid1). I'm sure it's bad form to throw yourself out there, but I guess you can decide for yourself if it's appropriate or not.

Honestly, het's too easy. I mean, it might be a challenge if you were pimping - oh, I don't know, Queer as Folk, say. (Does Queer as Folk have het? It shouldn't, anyway.) But yes - het's easy to find. Slash is more of a challenge.
