My computer has been infested and I am in the midst of an epic battle to restore it, so all other activities are halted. (I'm on a friend's comp right now).

Okay, not all other activities...for lack of any other way to get to stories I was writing, I've been writing (on paper!!!!!) a Nick/Greg tartlet. Also, I've been reading history books and I'm now in love a little with John Henry Holliday (aka Doc Holliday, he of the TB and the bad aim and total manlove for Wyatt Earp).

Hopefully, all will be righted soon. If not. You guys are awesome.

Me computer as well was possessed by the devil and after a valiant battle to restore it, I had to carpet bomb everything, taking my enemies with me in a blaze of glory. Now that I've backed up everything on flash drives and wiped the hard drive, I get to teach my computer how to recognize MS Office and iTunes again, hopefully without losing 7 years worth of crap... Joy.

Despite my friend's assurances, while it did remove El Diablo, it also took a lot of other shit, so, I had to use disks to put back a lot. But it's all better now. Was stressful for a few days there, though...
