And by that I mean, of course, that I have plotted ending scenes to Sparrington story. Last chance to request any kink, people. If I can fit it in I will. *does not make into a dirty pun, too obvious*

Also, read some MFU fic yesterday, will have new recs up either this evening or tomorrow. One problem in that fandom is this trend they have of using the proper words for genitalia. And let me tell you, in porn, that's a problem. Constantly saying penis, scrotum, or erection while all hot and bothered? Yeah, no. Hell, no. cockcockcock. How hard is that? *too obvious to pun as well, dammit* This is possibly the kinkiest show I have ever seen and no one writes kink. That's like ignoring the S/M subtext of Wonder Woman (which, by the way, is not a theory living only in my head, but FACT. WW was written by a very dirty professer. Reow).

Trigun fandom once again amazes me with news of Wolfwood raping Meryl with his gun while she is tied to the Cross Punisher, and she likes it. This indicates problems that I am just too tired to address. But WTF? Story reached Fandom Wank levels. Awesome. Where I saw possibly the greatest and most offensive icon I have ever seen.

And then on to RL. Have new corset for Halloween costume. (Loves corsets, so I guess, yes, Elizabeth, I like pain). And my birthday approaches. Gathering for said bday will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 1. Any of youse guys hanging out in the SF Bay Area on that night are invited down to funky dive bar on San Pablo Ave called the Blue Moon Lounge. I will no doubt be the one forced to wear the stupid hat.

HUZZAH on the pirate front!

What time to you think festivities will commence? Cross street to bar? Rather disappointed that it's not at the Mallard Club, a dive I've wanted to go into for years but couldn't quite muster up the energy.

the mallard is actually less of a dive than you'd think (apparently *name drops* kevin spacey and sean penn will occasionally play pool there...though i don't know if that's together or not).

mallard is a couple blocks up from the hotsy totsy...which is a REAL dive bar (though not one of those scary, dark, windowless looking ones, even if kittie's mama is afraid of it). and the blue moon is a couple blocks down from the tots.

I know exactly where the hotsy totsy is. Before we moved in together, my husband was looking for an apartment. There's a 1960s horror story right next to the hotsy totsy club, the sort of building that screams urban prison. We took one look at the apartment, one look at the hotsy totsy club and I said to him, "You move in there, and you'll be an alcoholic in a month." Passed on the apartment. It so stuck in my mind that I included it in my book!

Anyway, assuming blue moon is toward the Richmond end. Will try to make it. School night unfortunately.
