I have just stared at the word "style' so long that it no longer has meaning and I'm convinced it's spelled wrong.
ARGH.
In other news vaguely related to the gay, on an episode of "Bones" the other day, as the main characters (a man and woman, FBI) are fighting about what commitment and marriage really means (using a friend's wedding as pretext) another cop at the scene asked if they were *together*.
To which, in a TV cutesy fashion, they both got huffy and embarrassed and indignant, "We're just partners". And to which the other cop responded--with a smirk-- that he and his partner just talk about sports.
And they were moted. And, at the same time, all cop/Federal agent partner slash was just *totally and completely justified*.
It just took a straight couple to get the sentiment out.
*am a dork*
