You know it's cold here when I spend my day off making two different kinds of soup and a big pot of chili.

I know, right? I have made taco soup and chicken and dumplings and stuff like that.

And it's warmed up a LOT here. It's back in the 70s and 80s.

What is it normally in the winter there?

70s-80s. lows in the 70s and 60s and if we are lucky, the 50s. that cold front with 20 degree weather was a fluke and a record setter and killed damn near everything in the yard.
