I am back, which is yay, but am also wondering if anyone knows of any place (list, archive, whatever) that features or is about either classic movie slash(or just fanfiction) or old tv show slash (or just fanfiction), or Western slash (or...you get the picture).

I mean, looking at all the dust that Brokeback stirred up, and considering writing is an act of revolution, and this is America (where I am at least) how have we not made more famous uptight American icons gay?

We can't leave all the work to Gore Vidal (although Ben Hur is *awesome* Charlton Heston so had no idea....)

And if it is out there already, where is it all hidden?

All I can think of is Yuletide, rareslash, and obscurefandoms.

I went to/saw Rareslash and it didn't look too active. Wait...maybe that was rarelitslash? I'll have to check out obscurefandoms.
