Several things. First, LJ I MISSED YOU!!!!!!!!! God, who knew? I am a total junkie. Then I must say, for those who don't know/aren't on the mailing list (just the thought of that is embarrassing) Chapters 17 and 18 are both up and ready to read. If you wanna read that sort of thing. Smut. Degenerate smut, that's what they are. heh.
Also, DO NOT even for a laugh watch the movie Catwoman. Just pretend it never happened and take Halle Berry's Oscar away. And DO NOT listen to Portishead while even remotely depressed. You'll want to die.
BSG remake series isn't that bad. I liked it actually. It's much less cheesy than the original show. It even has gone into the different psyche of refugees, which I thought was very cool. I am still a touch offended at the changing of genders in order to make slash disappear, however, when I turned on the show on Friday night, I caught the tail end of an interview in which everyone's little crumpet was reading viewer mail with the crazy doctor character (the poof from Bridget Jones), and the question was whether or not there would be "gays" in the new show. Both actors laughed and didn't answer. I just know it was some HH fan asking that. Made me think of Pooky.
In a strange way, the show reminds me of Pooky's ancient Chinese saga...though the new girl SB changes things. See originally, SB would more represent Shanny. But in the new one, Crumpet has that covered, and SB is actually more of....oh god....Mulan.
No no, that can't be right. I'll have to think about it more.
Ahem. Has anybody ever seen the movie B. Monkey? See that's James and Rene right there. *That* analysis my feeble little brain can do. :)
