I realize it's the nature of Life to constantly kick you in the (metaphorical) balls, but is there anyone out there not feeling like total shit on some level right now? Holy bejesus. Sure, I found cutesy pics of Guy Pearce and word of rumors of an L.A. Confidential 2...and that's nice to hear (I know Ellroy has another book about Exley on his own, but to be honest, as much as I love him, he works better with a partner. Vincennes was good. But White is better, even without teh ghei. They balanced each other really well. And I'm worried because the Black Dahlia sucked so very much ass, and that was also based on an Ellroy work--though it also had weird gheiness thrown in there. WTF? Though have you ever seen Ellroy and his...wife...? It's wrong of me, but damn, if they were walking around the Bay Area I would make several assumptions about the two of them and hubby and wife would not be one of them...anyway...). I got a brief rec and bookmarking on deli.ci.ous, which was kind of awesome. And um, yeah, that's about the coolest thing going for me personally right now, other than how, "The Office" currently rules my world and the fact that when checking the stats on page hits for my Sparrington silliness, every chapter gets about the same amount except for Chapter Five, which gets much less, and that I cannot figure out at all, considering the numbers go right back for Chapter Six. WTFF?

But back to Life and, I suppose, L.A. Confidential...anyone read or got any good Completely Fucked-Up Shit Fic recs for me? CFUS porny fic recs would be even better. I'd write some, but y'all know how long it takes me.
